Member Protection Information Officers
MPIO
An MPIO is an independent and impartial person with a sound understanding of the rules. Their role is to provide guidance to an individual member on a grievance or complaint. A member who has an issue should seek out an MPIO prior to making a complaint, ensuring they understand the grievance/disciplinary procedures. An MPIO does not have to be from the members' club.
